Sindhi Sangat is a non-profit organization. Most of our services, events, and programs are free of charge. However, for any paid events, workshops, or donations, the following policy applies:
1. Donations
- Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
- If a donation was made in error, contact us within 48 hours and we will review the request.
2. Event Registrations
- Paid event fees may be refunded if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
- If an event is cancelled by Sindhi Sangat, full refunds will be issued automatically.
3. Digital Products / Apps
- Our apps (including Learn Sindhi) are free.
- If you made an accidental purchase through an app store, please contact the respective store (Google Play / Apple App Store) for refunds.
