Bandhan (1985) is an important collection of short stories by Sundri Uttamchandani, portraying human relationships, women’s experiences and the social realities of Sindhi life with sensitivity and emotional depth. A significant work in modern Sindhi literature, Bandhan has been prescribed for the UPSC Civil Services Main Examination in Sindhi Literature and has also formed part of the University of Mumbai’s Sindhi curriculum.
